WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?
Life Coaching can be defined as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative
process that inspires them to maximize their full potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination and productivity. We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome, and times when we feel stuck. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING AND THERAPY?
Coaches and Therapists are trained in understanding human behavior and motivation. Both practices can be beneficial, but it's important to understand their differences and which one may be best suited for your needs.
